The Hero Workshop is a 501c3 non-profit organization, so your donation is 100% tax deductible.
 
But more than that, your generous donation will allow us to continue offering our quality programming to more children in our community. From hiring and keeping the best professional game masters on staff, to offering more scholarships to kids who need them, as well as providing for all of the physical goods we need to run more than 30 games per week (including all of the books, maps, dice and tokens), and literally keeping the lights on - your donation means a lot.
 
As a special "Thank You" while we are establishing our new Community Center located in Culver City, CA - we want to provide you with the opportunity to immortalize your support in the form of a plaque with your name on it. You can place your plaque anywhere within The Hero Workshop - shout your support proudly from a prominent position, or place your plaque in a more secretive spot to provide an easter egg to be discovered. 
Each plaque can contain your name and a message up to 30 characters in length.
 
The Hero Workshop runs weekly games of Dungeons and Dragons for heroes of all ages. In addition to running our regular campaigns, we are active in our community donating one shot adventures to charity drives, participating in afterschool programs for local schools, and hosting weekly Game (K)nights for adults at Village Well. 
We are always looking for more ways to provide unique opportunities to local kids such as screening the new movie Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves with a special theater buy-out, or by hosting special events beginning with our annual Hero's Faire held in Culver City.
